I started the day with convincing my boyfriend to have if not breakfast, at least a coffee with me before going to work. Said and done. We went to a café and had a nice french breakfast with a creamy and strong café crème! Then we took the metro, my man to work and me to…
... -Centre Pompidou! This is one of my absolute favorite places in Paris. This time, Instead of taking photos I filmed some cool pieces. I hope you will enjoy my two videos, even though the quality isn't the best with my old Sony Ericsson. And remember this is just a teeny tiny bit of everything that youll find within the walls of this great museum of modern art. Enjoy!
With tunes from "Le fabuleux destin d'amélie poulain". When everything was grey and boring and I was longing for Paris, I would see this movie. Charming. Simply charming. Another great movie for those of you who are longing for Paris is "Paris Je t'aime". A movie with several short movies in it. I saw it a long time ago, and I've only seen it once but I remember that I really liked it. I found a trailer on youtube now, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nSZOGywlhzE I don't really remember much of this. But then I found this clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2TbtljoVgk&feature=related and I remember this part now that I see it. O how it's pretty and romantic, gives me a teary eye. :)
At Centre Pompidou I spent some time in the museum shop as well. Let's have a look at what I fell for...
